Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd - Cancellation policy
Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd contacts are a legally binding agreement. Please make sure you read your contact thoroughly and understand all the terms and conditions before you agree to them. We will make sure you have a copy but we are always happy to provide a copy at your request.
Once you have signed your contract with us - just as we promise to deliver on our terms of the contract where-ever reasonably practicable – to minimise the impacts and costs on both of our businesses, we need you to deliver on your obligations as well.
Cooling off period
From the signed date of the contract there will be a 10 day cooling off period.
After this period, the contract will be considered enforceable and no refunds will be given for change of mind after this point.
If you sign your contract and then later breached the terms or conditions of your contract with us, you may forfeit your deposit or be liable for the full payment of the contract.
Once you have signed your contract, you cannot change your mind – you are locked in. If you wish to terminate the contract, you may end up paying the full amount of the contract or you may be required to compensate Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd for any services provided already or any losses that may have occurred.
Once the contract has been signed refunds can only be granted in the cases that the law provides.
For example: if the goods do not meet one or more of the following consumer guarantees:
* acceptable quality
* matching description
* any extra promises made about such things like performance, condition and quality
repairs and spare parts.
Lentrol Shopfitting is a company that prides itself on good quality products and services, we reserve the right in the first instance to be given an opportunity to remedy any disputes on the quality of goods and/or service/s provided –
* damages or expenses incurred are the result of any other party that is not Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd
* you simply changed your mind
* you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem
* you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
* a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.
All materials supplied by Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd remain the property of Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd until all monies are paid in full.
Any goods that are taken back due to unpaid monies need to be in the same quality that they were provided in, if not compensation may be required by us, our suppliers or contractors.
All designs, design concepts and plans remain the property of Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd and are subject to Australian copyright laws. Authority is required for any reproduction. Unauthorised use or reproduction (or part there of) is prohibited and Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd may be entitled to compensation.

Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of employees and others affected by the work of Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd.
In meeting these commitments, Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd will:
Comply with all relevant legislative requirements including the Work Health & Safety (WHS) Act 2011 and Regulations 2011.
Develop, implement and regularly review a range of strategies, policies and procedures to support and continuously improve the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and others affected by the work of Lentrol Shopfitting Pty Ltd, and maintaining ongoing WHS improvement.
